Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

If you are unhappy with your subscription, write to [email protected] within 7 days of your most recent charge. We will review your request and, where reasonable, issue a full refund for that charge. Refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Annual subscriptions

Refund requests within 7 days of the annual charge will be honoured in full. Requests between 7 and 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis — write to us with your reason. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2–5 business days.

After 30 days

We generally do not offer refunds after 30 days from the charge date, except where required by Indian consumer law.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want a refund for a charge you have already been billed, contact us separately.

Trial

The 7-day trial is free. No charge is made during the trial and no refund is applicable.

Credits

Unused credits are not refundable as cash. They reset monthly per your plan.
