Framerate is operated by Hariharan Gopal ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. What Framerate does
Framerate analyses photographs you upload and provides feedback on your photography style, technical quality, and creative direction. The service includes Vault (personal photography analysis), Grid (brand content, separate product), and Field (guided photography experiences, waitlist only).
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We use Clerk for authentication — we do not store your password.
3. Credits and subscriptions
Free plan: no credits. Upload and library features require an active plan.
Trial: The trial is free. No payment method is required to start a trial and no charge is made when it ends. Access stops at the end of 7 days unless you choose to subscribe.
Solo plan: 100 credits per month. Pro plan: 300 credits per month.
Credits reset on your monthly billing date. Unused credits do not carry over.
Annual plans are billed once yearly. The per-month equivalent is ₹166 (Solo) and ₹415 (Pro).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of your current paid period. No further charges are made after cancellation.

6. Your content
You own your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service. We do not share your images with other users or third parties. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to[email protected] — we will complete deletion within 30 days.
7. Corpus programme (optional)
If you opt in to "Contribute to Framerate's AI", we store mathematical classification patterns derived from your images — never your original images, GPS data, or personal identifiers. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings. Corpus entries are deleted within 30 days of withdrawal.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use Framerate to upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates anyone's privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding a claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after 14 days' notice constitutes acceptance.
